Returns & Refunds
Physical goods and manuals acquired from Strata Physical may be returned within 30 days of receipt, without requirement of specific justification. This section details our standards, the protocol to follow, cost allocation, and the schedule for reimbursement.
Conditions
To qualify for a refund, returned items must be received in their original, unused state within 30 days from delivery. Physical accessories, books, and workout accessories must be complete with original tags, undamaged packaging, and intact protective shrink-wrap or security seals.
Return protocol
- Submit a written return request containing your order identifier and reason for return to [email protected] within 30 days of parcel arrival.
- Obtain an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and the official UK warehouse return shipping address from customer service.
- Securely package the unsoiled items inside their original protective cartons, enclosing the RMA documentation inside the shipment.
- Receive your refund via direct bank transfer within 3-10 business days following the successful physical verification and safety inspection of the returned package at our facility.
Who pays return shipping
Should an item arrive structurally defective, damaged in transit, or differing from your order, we absorb all freight: we provide a printable transit voucher or schedule collection. For returns guided merely by personal preference, transport expenses remain yours; no supplementary administrative fee is deducted.
Refund timing and method
Reimbursement is authorized within 3 business days of satisfactory inspection. Orders placed with cash on delivery are repaid through bank transfer to an account you designate; prior bank transfers return directly to the originating balance. Financial institutions typically credit the funds within 1-5 business days.

Exchanges
Should you require an alternative dimension, format, or manual, simply observe the standard return provisions and initiate an independent purchase; your initial balance is refunded upon return intake. If an exchange remedies an oversight on our part, outward shipping on the replacement is waived.
Cancelling an order
