Delivery

Transfer of risk

Returns and warranty
Goods may be repatriated within 30 days of arrival in accordance with our stated Returns policy. All physical fitness equipment accessories and printed manuals carry standard statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, warranting that goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory physical quality.

Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by English law, the aggregate liability of Strata Physical Conditioning Ltd. for any claim arising from order fulfillment shall not exceed the actual total monetary purchase price paid for the specific order, or £100, whichever amount is smaller. Nothing within these clauses seeks to restrict obligations that may not be curtailed under governing statutory law.

Should a disagreement resist direct resolution between us, the matter falls under the jurisdiction of the competent court where the seller maintains registered premises, without affecting mandatory statutory protections granted by your domestic legislation.
